Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the fragrance in its original designer packaging, ensuring the security seal is intact and the bottle is cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to the Atelier
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our olfactory experts verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
